FAQ Fine Art Print
Which files do you process in fine art printing?
In our Fine Art print configurator, you can upload PDF, TIF, and JPG files. Detailed information on the optimal condition of your print templates can be found in our Fine Art print datasheet, which you can download below.
In which colour space should I save my fine art print?
Please save your print template in the Adobe RGB or Euroscale Coated v2 colour space to ensure accurate colour reproduction. If you do not use a colour profile or use a different colour profile, your file will be converted to the appropriate colour space for printing. This may result in colour deviations in the print.

What is a Fine Art Print?
Fine Art print refers to a professional photo or art print in high resolution. It is usually printed on high-quality photo and artist papers. Fine Art printers can reproduce an especially wide colour gamut.
What is a Giclee print?
Giclee printing is a special fine art printing process. It is used for the reproduction of particularly colour-rich and detailed images. Giclee printing exclusively uses pigmented, lightfast inks, which are generally UV-resistant for many decades. Today, Giclee printing is therefore especially used for the reproduction of high-quality, large-format photographs as well as art reproductions. Compared to traditional exposure printing, it also has the advantage of long-term lightfastness.
How quickly will my Fine Art print order be delivered?
Orders placed by 4 pm are printed within 5 working days and shipped with UPS. Delivery time and costs depend on the destination and the booked rate. During the order process, the shipping date is displayed at all times in the configurator. Express delivery is possible at favourable conditions. The pure production time of your art print cannot be accelerated. The delivery time therefore always applies from the shipping date, e.g. 3 days production time + 2 days shipping.
