HOW TO CONTROL YOUR DELIVERY WITH UPS MYCHOICE
As soon as we hand over your order to UPS, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with your PDF invoice. There you will also find a tracking link with which you can track your shipment. If you register for the free service UPS My Choice®, additional services are available to you for all UPS deliveries. These include:
- tracking your package
- delivery notifications via SMS or email
- scheduling the delivery
- depositing your shipment
- holding your packages in case of holiday
In our experience, UPS is the most reliable among the parcel services known to us!
SAME WORKING DAY SHIPPING
In our plot and poster printing service, all orders that arrive by 4 pm (poster 3 pm) are still shipped on the same working day! Print orders (DIN A4/DIN A3) must be received by 1 pm. All other products are reliably produced within 2 to 5 days. We produce in Germany and handle any applicable customs duties and Swiss VAT (Incoterms: DDP). For our Swiss customers, receiving shipments is just as convenient as ordering within Switzerland.
For orders with a total value (including shipping costs) over €1,000, we must apply for an export permit at customs. This shifts the above-mentioned cut-off time uniformly from 4 pm to 11 am. For same-day shipping, choosing express shipping is then necessary; otherwise, shipping will occur on the following working day (Mon - Fri), and for orders valued at over €3,000, regardless of the shipping method, always two working days later. The adjusted "ship by" dates will be displayed to you during your online order at checkout.
SECURE & FAST DELIVERY VIA UPS COURIER
In UPS Classic shipping, delivery from Germany to Switzerland usually takes 2 to 4 working days, with over 90% of all shipments already on site on the 2nd day in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. Using a tracking code, which you receive with the shipping confirmation from REPRO ONLINE by email, you are always informed about the current location of your delivery. All administrative and customs formalities are reliably handled for you by the courier service.
If it needs to be really quick, up to two express shipping options - by 12 noon and by 6 pm the next day are available for most postal code areas.
Please note that since 01.01.24 UPS charges the recipient a "entry preparation fee" of 6.70 CHF plus VAT upon delivery.
