REPRO ONLINE offers you the professional digitisation of files, registers, folders and other document storage at attractive conditions. The favourable prices apply from the first scan. The processing time for feedable originals is one working day. Non-feedable originals, e.g. notarially bound building applications, sealed or stapled, or eyeleted folders are digitised if required using a contact-free special process. You send us your scan originals by post. After receipt and inspection of your originals, you will receive an email confirmation with a fixed price offer for your order. If you do not agree with this, we will send your originals back to you free of charge.

WHAT WE SCAN
We digitise your files, documents and receipts quickly and reliably in the highest quality. From files to registers and even entire archives, we scan originals in all sizes and document types. This also includes memos, large-format plans, photos and drawings with XXL length. On request, digitisation is carried out with pagination of individual documents and OCR text recognition. Contactless scans of sensitive originals are also possible. Feedable files can be digitised up to a size of 145 x 300 cm. Non-feedable documents can be scanned up to a format of 90 x 130 cm.

DIGITISING FILES, FOLDERS AND DOCUMENTS
Do you want to digitise your paper documents and materials? From loose leaf collections to complete folders, files and receipts, right up to entire archives, we scan your originals quickly and cost-effectively. Sensitive documents, e.g. punched or sealed, can also be processed by us without damage. Your data is saved as PDF or PDF/A with a print-quality scan resolution of 300 ppi (in DIN A4 and 200 ppi larger than DIN A4), optionally with indexing and OCR text recognition for full searchability. We name and index your files according to your specifications, reorder data, split documents or merge them. If required, we also take care of the secure destruction of your originals.
DIGITISING DRAWINGS, PLANS AND MAPS
We professionally digitise feedable construction plans and technical drawings up to a width of 145 cm (short side) and 5 m in length! Even notarially bound documents are processed in one piece without impairments using our specialised scanners. Whether black/white, in greyscale, colour and with high resolution, archived as an image file or subsequently vectorised - we bring your documents into the correct digital form for you. HIGH QUALITY FLATBED SCANNING
For delicate plans and originals that must not be processed with a feeder device, we digitise your documents using a flatbed system up to the format 90 x 130 cm. Even notarised or sealed construction plans and documents can be digitised without damage and without mechanical stress. By using UV-free LED light with low surface heating and additional protection from a special glass pane, the digitisation process is particularly gentle. MICROFILM DIGITISATION
We digitise microfilm and microfiche originals with an 18-megapixel active pixel sensor array. The scans can be output in full colour, bitonal, or greyscale. The result is images of the highest quality without any loss of information compared to the analogue originals. We process the following film formats: microfilm (16 and 35 mm), microfiche and jackets (2-track, 5-track), COM fiche, punch cards, micro cards, photographic materials (slides, negatives, etc.), 35 mm perforated films. Of course, we also undertake the digitisation of entire microfilm archives and collections.
CAD VECTORIZATION
On request, we convert your scanned plans into precise CAD data. The latest digitisation software and manual processing by a CAD specialist are used. The finished data can be used in your personal CAD programme without further editing. You can choose from all common CAD formats such as DWG, DXF, DGN, or Allplan. Individual specifications and layer requirements are taken into account. The price for vectorisation always depends on the complexity of the drawing and its content. Therefore, please send us your originals or image files in advance for calculation.
